• Rocker, brake and roll support mounted on the same system that allows easy regulation in the centering of the sheet. The constant tensioning of the same is achieved through the rocker arm – brake (named above).

• At the compressed air inlet the machine has an FRL (regulator filter and lubricator).
• The machine includes a sheet forming spout.
• The traction of the sheet is carried out through a motor, allowing speed and precision in the location of the sheet for the formation of the sachet (package).

DOSIFFICATOR SYSTEM

• The dosing system is through a variable stroke piston and a three-way valve with an anti-drip system.
• Both the valve and the piston are powered by pneumatic cylinders.
• The general construction is in AISI 304 UNOXIDABLE STEEL.
• The dosing capacity is from ½ to 5 kgs..
• At the product entrance it has a clamp joint.
