Automatic machine for making and filling flexible four-seam containers.
Compact high rigidity chassis made of Stainless Steel 304.
Optional: painted with polyester paint with heat treatment.
Parts in contact with food made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Rocker, brake and roll support mounted on the same chassis that allows easy regulation in the centering of the sheet.
Pneumatically operated vertical and horizontal jaws. The machine includes vertical jaws for making two containers at the same time.
The sealing is done through hot jaws with a controlled permanent temperature.
Taco reading photocell for printing centering.
Electrical and command board built into the same machine. Easily and comfortably accessible.
In the electrical part, the brands used are front-line and have a PLC for coordinating movements.
At the compressed air inlet the machine has an FRL (regulator filter and lubricator).
The traction of the sheet is carried out through rollers powered by a motor, allowing speed and precision in the location of the sheet for the formation of the sachet (package).
TOUCH SCREEN operator panel; incorporated in the front of the machine, from where it can be controlled; in addition to varying temperatures, envelope counters, sealing times, etc.
It can also include:
– Plucked to hang.
– The horizontal gag can make pre-cuts or cuts, to make sachets strips.
– Different types of dispensers (screws, scales, volumetric, piston, combined).
