To use a foot pedal sealer, the bag or pouch is placed between the heating element and the clamping bar. The foot pedal is then depressed, activating the heating element and applying pressure to the bag or pouch, which melts the plastic and creates a seal. The foot pedal is then released, and the sealed bag or pouch can be removed from the machine.
