The packaging machine consists of a rotating disc that presents the following stages:
- First stage: placement of glasses. At this stage, a mechanical device is responsible for dosing the vessel from a vertical loader. This charger is pneumatic drive and one is needed for each vessel mouth diameter.
- Second stage: dosage of the product. This is volumetric through the cylinder and piston, with a rotary valve at the end. Its drive is pneumatic and has a runner that allows the displacement of the piston to be regulated and thus easily vary the dosage from 0 to 500grs.
- Third stage: placement of the aluminum foil. The placement is done by removing the sheet (from a charger) with a vacuum suction cup, and positioning it on the glass. For the different packaging measurements, there are various accessories.
- Fourth stage: sealed. It is carried out through a temperature gag controlled by a digital pyrometer and also powered by a pneumatic cylinder.
- Fifth stage: dated.
- Sixth stage: vessel extractor system. This has a mechanism that raises the glass and another that moves it out of the disc. The machine is delivered for a measure of glasses.
- The total construction of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Power 220 volts, alternating current. Working air pressure: 6kgs / cm2.
- Product entry into the dispenser: 1 1/2 ″ male or Danish joint.
- PLC controlled movements.
- Plate and glass dispensers in other sizes.
- Rotary lung disc at the end of the process.
- Product lung at the inlet of the dosing valve.
- Plastic overlay collocator.
- Temperature date.
